我/我們明白,終止品牌專員賬戶將導致我/我們失去作為品牌專員而得到的所有權利及利益,包括永久失去我/我們的團隊,及根據政策與程序可能被沒收尚未被支付的獎金。 我/我們明白在受政策與程序第6章第3.9節的條款所限的情況下,我/我們可在終止品牌專員賬戶之後,重新向如新遞交一份新的品牌專員協議書以申請成為品牌專員(不論我/我們是否申請成為我/我們的前保薦人之下或一個新的保薦人之下的品牌專員)。只有當我/我們於6個月(只適用於品牌專員級別)或12個月(適用於在最近的商業活動前24個月,曾經達到品牌代表或以上級別)的不活動期間沒有從事任何商業活動的情況下(不論該商業活動是涉及我/我們的品牌專員帳戶或其他人的品牌專員賬戶),我/我們方可在一位新保薦人下建立一個新的品牌專員賬戶。
I/We understand that termination of my/our Brand Affiliate Account will result in the loss of all rights and benefits as a Brand Affiliate, including the permanent loss of my/our Team, and any unpaid accrued bonuses that may be forfeited pursuant to the Policies and Procedures. I/We understand that subject to the conditions of Section 3.9 of Chapter 6 of the Policies and Procedures, l/we may apply to become a Brand Affiliate again by submitting to Nu Skin a new Brand Affiliate Agreement after my/our Brand Affiliate Account has been terminated, regardless of whether I am/we are applying to be a Brand Affiliate under my/our former Sponsor or a new Sponsor. I/We may establish a new Brand Affiliate Account under a new Sponsor only if l/we have not engaged in any Business Activity (whether for my/our Brand Affiliate Account or the Brand Affiliate Account of another Person) for an inactive period of 6 months (Brand Affiliate only) or 12 months (if l/we ever achieved Brand Representative or higher in the 24 months preceding the most recent Business Activity).
