    • It is required to submit one Return request per order number.
    • Your refund will be released to the payment method used on your original purchase order.
    • Please note that returning products prior to receiving your return instructions can cause severe delay in processing your potential refund.
    • Please note that items purchased with ADR Subscription Product Points cannot be refunded, in accordance with the applicable ADR Subscription Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the ADR Subscription Terms and Conditions for more information or click here.
    • Please fill out the form with the required information by typing into the empty fields.
    • Please make sure to use the email address that is registered under your account, otherwise we cannot process this request.
    • Please check if all provided data is correct before submitting your request.
    • By pressing the 'submit' button, we will automatically receive your completed request form. You will receive an automatic confirmation email to acknowledge that the form has been submitted.
    • Once your request is processed, our Customer Service team will get back to you via email at your registered email address.
